Before Contacting Support

• Check Apple Health permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings.
• Open HopRabbit on iPhone before checking the Apple Watch app if Watch data is stale.
• Manage or cancel Premium in Apple ID subscriptions.
• Use Restore Purchases from the HopRabbit Premium screen if you changed devices.
