Before contacting support
- Check Apple Health permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings.
- Open HopRabbit on iPhone before checking the Apple Watch app if Watch data is stale.
- Manage or cancel Premium in Apple ID subscriptions.
- Use Restore Purchases from the HopRabbit Premium screen if you changed devices.

- 先在健康 App 或 iOS 设置中检查 Apple 健康权限。
- 如果 Watch 数据未更新,请先打开 iPhone 上的 HopRabbit。
- Premium 订阅可在 Apple ID 订阅中管理或取消。
- 更换设备后,可在 HopRabbit Premium 页面使用恢复购买。
