HopRabbit Privacy Policy
HopRabbit helps users understand fitness readiness, sleep, stress and training load from Apple Health and Apple Watch signals.
Data We Access
With your permission, HopRabbit may read Apple Health data such as heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, sleep analysis, workouts, active energy, nutrition and water intake.
The Apple Watch app may write workout data only when you explicitly start and stop a workout session from Apple Watch.
How Data Is Used
Health data is used to calculate readiness, body energy, stress, exertion, sleep and training guidance inside the app. HopRabbit does not use HealthKit data for advertising, tracking or selling user profiles.
Storage
HopRabbit stores app preferences, language settings, dashboard snapshots and journal tags locally on device and in the app group container used by the iPhone app, Apple Watch app and widgets.
Retention and Deletion
Most HopRabbit data is stored locally on your devices. You can delete local HopRabbit data by deleting the app from iPhone and Apple Watch. Apple Health source data is controlled by Apple Health and can be reviewed or deleted in the Health app.
If you email support, we use your email address and message only to handle the support request. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing support@hoprabbit.souldigger.cn.
Coaching
Coaching responses in the current app are generated in app from the current dashboard snapshot. This version does not send HealthKit data to external AI services.
Subscriptions
HopRabbit Premium purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. HopRabbit does not receive or store your payment card information.
Your Control
You can change Apple Health permissions at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings. You can manage subscriptions in Apple ID subscriptions.

如果你通过邮件联系支持，我们只会使用你的邮箱地址和邮件内容来处理支持请求。你可以发送邮件至 support@hoprabbit.souldigger.cn 请求删除支持往来记录。
教练建议
当前版本的教练建议会在 App 内基于当前仪表盘数据生成，不会把 HealthKit 数据发送给外部 AI 服务。
订阅
HopRabbit Premium 购买由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。HopRabbit 不接收或存储你的银行卡信息。
你的控制权
你可以随时在健康 App 或 iOS 设置中更改 Apple 健康权限，也可以在 Apple ID 订阅中管理订阅。
